Ordering and Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add your items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. If you need help selecting the right grill, pizza oven, or components for your outdoor kitchen, give us a call or chat with us during business hours and we'll guide you through it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, PayPal, and Affirm financing. See our Payment Policy for full details.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing through Affirm. Select Affirm at checkout to see your payment options. See our Financing page for more details.
Can I use a coupon code?

When will my card be charged?
Payment is captured only at the time of shipment. Prior to shipment, an authorization hold may be placed on your payment method, but no charge is processed until your order ships.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3-10 business days. Processing takes 1-3 business days, followed by 2-7 business days for shipping.
Do you ship outside the lower 48 states?
We currently ship only to the lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes. If you live outside our standard shipping zone, email sales@threefoldoutdoorkitchens.com to request a custom shipping quote.
Will my order be delivered into my backyard?
No. All deliveries are curbside only. Carriers will not bring items into your home, backyard, or garage. Please arrange for assistance, as many outdoor kitchen items are heavy.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email within 1-3 business days of placing your order.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Take photos of the damage immediately and either refuse the shipment or note the damage on the Bill of Lading. Email us at sales@threefoldoutdoorkitchens.com within 72 hours of delivery with your photos and order details.
Do you accept backorders?
No. If an item is out of stock when you order, we'll notify you and offer a full refund or the option to wait for restock. Payment is only captured once your order is ready to ship.
Products
What types of products do you sell?
We sell everything you need to build and equip an outdoor kitchen: built-in and freestanding gas grills, charcoal and kamado grills, flat top griddles, pellet grills and smokers, wood-fired and gas pizza ovens, outdoor kitchen islands, access doors and drawers, side burners, outdoor sinks, vent hoods, outdoor refrigerators, kegerators, ice makers, and accessories.
Should I choose natural gas or propane?
Most gas grills, side burners, and pizza ovens are available in both natural gas (NG) and liquid propane (LP). If you have a natural gas line at your home, NG is convenient and never runs out. Propane is portable and does not require a gas line. Always order the fuel type that matches your setup, and have any gas connection completed by a licensed professional.
Can I install a built-in grill in a combustible island?
Many built-in grills require an insulated jacket when installed in an island made of combustible materials such as wood framing. Check the manufacturer's installation guide for cutout dimensions and clearance requirements, or contact us and we'll help you confirm what your project needs.
What grade of stainless steel should I look for?
For outdoor kitchens, 304 stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance and is the standard for premium grills and components. 316 marine-grade stainless steel is a great choice for coastal areas exposed to salt air.
Warranty and Returns
What warranty comes with my product?
All products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Coverage ranges from 1 year to lifetime depending on the brand and component. See our Warranty Policy or contact us for brand-specific details.
What is your return policy?
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. A 30% restocking fee applies. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear after we process the refund. See our full Return Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped. If payment hasn't been captured: no fee. If payment has been captured but the order hasn't shipped: a 5% cancellation fee applies. See our Cancellation Policy.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at sales@threefoldoutdoorkitchens.com or (888) 712-0281 and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Pricing and Deals
Do you price match?
Yes. If you find the same product for less at an authorized online dealer before purchase, we'll verify it and match the price. Requests must be submitted and approved before you place your order. See our Low Price Guarantee.
Do you offer discounts for veterans or first responders?
Yes. We offer special discounts for veterans, active military, and first responders. Email a photo of your valid ID to sales@threefoldoutdoorkitchens.com and we'll send you a custom coupon.
